Tennis Court Reservation Rules
- Only SRA members can reserve a court. Guests are welcome, but should pay our $5 guest fee (contact the office for passes) unless they are invited as part of scheduled league events, lessons or clinics.
- Courts can be reserved up to 10 days in advance. Certain times are blocked off for tennis lessons and clinics, as well as league play.
- Reservations can run up to 2 hours (less time is fine). There are no limits on the number of reservations per week; just be mindful of other members’ use of the courts.
- You can use a court without a reservation if no one else has reserved it; however, you may have to move to accomodate reservations or planned events.
HOW TO RESERVE A COURT USING MEMBER SPLASH
- Login to your member account at https://sra.membersplash.com/
- Select “Reservations”, and then select “Make Reservations” from the drop-down menu. Make sure “Select a Facility Group” says “Tennis.”
- Use the arrows at the right to select the date for your reservation. A calendar of available times should appear below.
- Identify the court you want. Click on the box for the start time you want. A “Reserve a time” window should open.
- Confirm the start time; use the drop-down arrow under “End Time” to select the end time (up to 2 hours later).
- Check the box for the member making the reservation.
- Check the box for the appropriate e-mail address to send reservation info (optional).
- Click the “Book it” button. A “Reservation Confirmation” window will appear. (Feel free to use “add to calendar” function or just close the window.)
HOW TO REVIEW/EDIT YOUR EXISTING RESERVATIONS
- Select “Reservations”, and then select “My Reservations” from the drop-down menu.
- Use the “Edit” button to change reservations; use the “Cancel” button to cancel. (Current edits are limited; it’s probably easiest to cancel the reservation and make a new one if you need to change it.)
